Marc L. Greenwald, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.S.C.R.
Dr. Greenwald has been a surgeon for 17 years. He is a leader in the field of colo-rectal surgery. He regularly performs colonoscopies for cancer screening as well as major surgery to treat serious colon disease such as Crohn's Disease and Diverticultis. He is now able to perform many of these extensive surgeries laparoscopically; reducing pain and recovery time. His patients appreciate his thoroughness and straight forward manner.
Education
Dr. Marc L. Greenwald graduated with his medical degree in 1985 from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. He completed his general surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his Colon and Rectal Surgery residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, University of Connecticut, Hartford.
