Paul Katz, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Katz is a general surgeon practicing for 32 years. His surgical experience is mainly with hernia surgery and gallbladder and appendix removal. Dr. Katz is a kind doctor, offering his patients support and re-assurance throughout their entire surgical experience.

Education

Dr. Paul Katz earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1962. He continued his education and received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in 1966. He then completed his internship and residency at Andrews Air Force Base Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital respectively.

Dr. Katz is Board Certified and holds attending positions at Long Island Jewish Hospital, New Hyde Park, N.Y., North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, N.Y. and St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn, N.Y.
