Howard I. Nadjari, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Nadjari has been a surgeon for 15 years. He is a general surgeon who performs hernia surgery, appendectomies, gallbladder removal and abdominal surgery. He puts his patients at ease with his gentle manner and sense of humor.

Education

Dr. Howard I. Nadjari graduated from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He continued his education at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pa. where he was granted his Doctorate of Medicine in 1984. He completed his residency in General Surgery at State University of New York at Buffalo. This was followed by a General Surgery and Wound Healing Research residency at Mercer School of Medicine at the Medical Center Central Georgia in Macon, Ga where he was chief resident from 1989 through 1991. Dr. Nadjari has obtained his certification in Hyperbaric Medicine in addition to the certifications listed below.
