Angelo J. Procaccino, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Procaccino is a general surgeon in practice for 23 years. He has extensive experience with inguinal (groin) and umbilical hernia repair and laparoscopic gallbladder removal. His reputation is unmatched as being meticulous in the operating room.

Education

Dr. Angelo J. Procaccino graduated with his medical degree in 1979 from New York Medical College, in Valhalla, NY. He then completed his internship at North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, NY. Continuing his education Dr. Procaccino completed his residency in surgery at North Shore University Hospital and became Chief resident.

On completion of his graduate training in 1984, Dr. Procaccino entered directly into the private practice of General Surgery, joining one of the longest established practices in the North Shore area. Dr Procaccino continues to practice in the same location where he has now been established for the past 18 years.
